„Very disappointed! The doctor keeps trying to sell you expensive extras that aren’t necessary. Plus he did a very bad job with filling my cavities(still have pain till now). He doesn’t explain what he’s doing or what is wrong and is never patient! Plus the long waiting time! Never again !!!!“

„Honestly I had a poor experience with this clinic and am surprised by all of the great reviews; I went in after seeing the emergency dentist for pain at rwth uniklinik and they said the previous dentist hadn’t cut deeply enough into my gums and that there must be an infection, so despite the significant pain and swelling from a previous cut into the gum I already had they made an even deeper cut, found no infection, drilled into my the root of my tooth (the said again the previous dentist didn’t go deep enough) then they sent me home with no aftercare instructions for the wound they left, a tooth with only a cloth filling and no pain medicine or instructions for treating the pain. I was crying and shaking during the procedure and I then had three days of done of the worst pain of my life as it was the weekend. I asked for the clinical notes as I decided to see a different dentist instead of following up with them and they did not respond. If you need a simple cleaning they might be fine, but if you need time to make decisions and are anxious or have any medical trauma already, I’d try a more patient and empathetic provider.“

Although I arrived about 20 minutes late for my appointment, I was still greeted and treated warmly – something that is by no means a given these days and demonstrates genuine patient focus. The treatment itself was carried out with great expertise, calmly, and professionally. At the same time, the atmosphere was exceptionally friendly and reassuring.
